Subscription Terms of Service

Revised July 2025

I have read and agreed to the following purchase terms:

  • I represent that I have the authority to place orders on behalf of the purchasing entity and bind them to the Nuance End User License Agreement (EULA) identified below.

  • I have read and agree on behalf of the purchasing entity to the terms of the Nuance Healthcare Hosted Services Subscription Agreement located at: https://dragonveterinary.com/nuanceeula which I understand is the Nuance EULA that governs the purchasing entity’s use of the Dragon Medical One hosted service.

  • The initial subscription term for the Dragon Medical One hosted service is for 1 year at a rate of $1188USD Prepaid, or $110USD per month (1 year non-cancellable term); unless otherwise negotiated with BestSpeechRecognition (dragonmedical.us) prior to purchase.

  • I authorize the credit card on file to be charged upfront or monthly for the full duration of the subscription term which is non-cancellable.

  • The subscription will auto renew onto subsequent 1 year non-cancellable terms.

  • To turn off auto renew a request must be emailed 35 days prior to the auto renew date to help@dragonmedical.us

  • If a subscription agreement is not cancelled 35 days prior to the registered end-date, the agreement is auto-renewed.

  • Once the subscription is renewed, it is not possible to process a credit and you will be charged for the full subscription term.

  • If a subscription agreement is cancelled 35 days or more prior to the registered renewal-date, the Licensee will receive a confirmation.

  • If a subscription agreement is cancelled 35 days or more prior to the registered renewal-date and the Licensee needs to be re-activated (no cancellation but renewal after cancellation) there will be a service-charge

  • Adjustment of Subscription Charges Based on Inflation
    The subscription charges for term based or subscription agreements are subject to an annual review and may be adjusted in accordance with the prevailing rate of inflation. However, any such increase will be capped at a maximum of 3% per annum. This adjustment is intended to align with the cost-of-living changes and ensure the continued provision of quality service. Subscribers will be notified of any changes to the subscription charges at least [90 days] prior to the implementation of the new rates.

  • A Technical Discovery Assessment may be completed by your Value-Added Reseller to determine if you have a virtual software environment. Virtual environments add complexity to the implementation and additional charges may apply.

DETAILED RENEWAL TERMS

Term-based and/or subscription licenses

For Term-based or subscription agreements Licensee agrees to an initial term.
This initial term may vary per solution and can be agreed upon upfront with a minimum term of 12 months.
The most common solutions that apply here are, but are not exclusive to: Dragon Medical One, Dragon Professional/Legal Anywhere Cloud, Tungsten Power PDF Term.

Term-based and/or subscription agreements will automatically renew if not cancelled 35 days prior to the registered end date. Once the subscription is renewed, it is not possible to process a credit and you will be charged for the full subscription term.
The auto-renewal will be processed at the same price as the initial agreement** and will be performed automatically without disruption for the Licensee.

Additional terms for Term-based and/or subscription agreements:

– If a Term-based and/or subscription agreement is cancelled 35 days or more prior to the registered end-date Licensee will receive a confirmation.
– If a Term-based and/or subscription agreement is cancelled 35 days or more prior to the registered end-date and the Licensee needs to be re-activated (no cancellation but renewal after cancellation) there will be a service-charge.
– If a Term-based and/or subscription agreement is not cancelled 35 days prior to the registered end-date, the agreement is then auto-renewed.

Co-terming:
Licensees may have the option to co-term their Term-based and/or subscription agreement,
to align for all Licensees’ end-date to end at the same time.
Co-terming is only possible after a full initial term (1 year)
